Garlic & Cheese Pull-Apart Biscuits
These are semi-homemade, because you start with a couple cans of refrigerator biscuits. I used Pillsbury®, but any brand will work.
Enjoy!

1 tablespoon chopped parsley
chopped fresh chives, to taste

Instructions
1. Using kitchen shears, cut the opened biscuits into pieces, about 3/4 inch. Place them in a large bowl.

2. Next, melt the butter. I used my homemade garlic-chive butter - the recipe is here on the blog if you would like to make it. Otherwise, you can use regular butter and add the parsley, chives, garlic powder, garlic salt and ground pepper. As for how much to add, just season to your taste.

4. Cube 7 ounces of a good-melting cheese into 1/2-inch pieces. This can be gouda, mozzarella or any creamy cheese. Add the cheese to the biscuit pieces and mix with your hands.

5. Grease a muffin tin and make balls of the biscuit mixture to place in each space. You want to make the balls somewhat loose, but compressed enough to stick together, baking into one piece. When they come out of the oven, you will be able to pull off smaller pieces to eat.
6. Bake in a preheated 350-degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes. They will be golden brown when done.

7. Remove from oven and let cool in pan for a couple of minutes. Then turn them out onto a cooling rack. Once they're baked, you can see the ooey, gooey cheese.
These are really yummy when eaten warm, but they're great when cooled, too.
